This website is owned and operated by Rama Crockery House, a sole proprietorship having its principal place of business in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, and trading as House of PK(referred to as “we”, “us” or “our”). These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website and your purchase of products from us.
By browsing this website or placing an order, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this website.
You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is true, accurate and complete.
Many of our crockery and décor products are handcrafted or finished by hand. Slight variations in colour, glaze, pattern, texture and size are inherent to such products and are not to be regarded as defects. In addition, the actual colour and appearance of a product may differ slightly from the images displayed on the website due to screen, device and lighting settings.
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase products from us. Such offer is accepted, and a binding contract is formed, only when we dispatch the relevant order to you. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our reasonable discretion, including where the product is unavailable, the delivery address falls outside our serviceable area, the order is suspected to be fraudulent, or there has been an error in pricing or product information.
All orders are prepaid; Cash on Delivery is not currently offered. Delivery is free across India. Our Shipping Information and Return & Exchange Policy form an integral part of these Terms. In summary, for delivered products we offer exchanges rather than monetary refunds, in respect of products that are defective, damaged or incorrect, within 3 (three) days of delivery; orders cancelled before delivery are refunded in full.
All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos and branding, is the property of House of PK or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or otherwise use any such content without our prior written permission.
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You shall not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its proper functioning, or use it in any manner that may damage, disable or impair the website or infringe the rights of any other person.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that order. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or our products.
We shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural calamities, acts of government, strikes, civil disruption, or failures of courier or communication networks.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
We may amend these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date shown above indicates the current version. Your continued use of this website after any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
