We take great care to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition. In respect of delivered orders, we currently offer exchanges only and do not provide monetary refunds. If a product reaches you in a defective, damaged or incorrect condition, we will exchange or replace it free of charge within 3 (three) days of delivery. Orders cancelled before delivery are refunded in full, as set out in the “Cancellations and refunds” section below.
A request for exchange must be raised within 3 (three) days from the date of delivery of your order. Requests received after the expiry of this period cannot be processed.

For fragile crockery and décor, we recommend that you retain the original packaging until you have inspected your order, and that you photograph any damage as soon as it is noticed, as this assists us in processing your request promptly.
To request an exchange, please contact us at support@houseofpk.in or +91 70230 86167 quoting your order number and enclosing a photograph of the product. Our team will guide you through the remaining steps.
You will not bear any cost for an eligible exchange. We bear the full cost of return shipping, as well as the cost of dispatching the replacement product.
Replacements are dispatched once the returned product has been received and verified by us. Delivery of the replacement is subject to our standard timelines (please refer to our Shipping Information).
In the event that the same product is no longer available, we will offer you a suitable alternative of equivalent value or, in such case only, a full refund to your original payment method.
You may cancel an order at any time before it is delivered, at no charge, and the full amount paid by you will be refunded to your original payment method. Once an order has been delivered, it can no longer be cancelled, and only the 3 (three) day exchange policy for defective, damaged or incorrect products shall apply.
