Shipping Information

We currently deliver across India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Delivery is entirely free on all orders, throughout the areas we serve. No additional handling, packaging or hidden charges are levied.

• Within Jaipur: express delivery in approximately 55 minutes across most parts of the city. Certain outlying areas may fall outside our express zone; should your location do so, we will inform you and arrange standard delivery instead.
• Rest of India: orders are delivered through standard courier services. Delivery timelines vary by location, and an estimate for your PIN code will be provided at the time of your order.

We work with a range of reputable delivery partners and select the most suitable option for your location in order to deliver your order safely and promptly. Crockery and other fragile items are carefully packed to protect them during transit.

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are complete and accurate at the time of checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries arising from incorrect or incomplete information. Delivery may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather, public holidays or courier disruptions; in such cases, we will keep you informed and make every reasonable effort to deliver your order at the earliest.

All orders are currently prepaid. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time. All prices displayed are inclusive of applicable GST.
