We deliver across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Within most parts of Jaipur, we offer express delivery in approximately 55 minutes. Certain outlying areas may fall outside our express zone. For the rest of India, orders are delivered through standard courier services, and timelines vary by location; an estimate for your PIN code will be provided when you place your order.

Delivery is entirely free on all orders.

Not at present. All orders are currently prepaid.

Yes. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider over an encrypted connection, and we do not see or store your card or banking details.

Yes. All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable GST.

In respect of delivered orders, we offer exchanges only and do not provide monetary refunds. If a product arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, we will exchange or replace it free of charge within 3 days of delivery. Orders cancelled before delivery are refunded in full. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for full details.

We do. There is no cost to you for an eligible exchange.

Yes. You may cancel at any time before your order is delivered, and the full amount paid will be refunded to your original payment method. Once an order has been delivered, it can no longer be cancelled, and only the 3-day exchange policy for defective, damaged or incorrect items applies.

Many of our products are handcrafted, so small, natural variations in colour, glaze, texture and size are to be expected and form part of their character. Screen and lighting settings may also affect how colours appear online. Such variations are normal and are not considered defects.
